利用規約
1. 本サービス
本サービスは、日本各地の観光スポットで写真を撮り、守り神（オマモン）を集めるロケーションエンターテインメントです。
2. 安全な利用
歩きながらの操作、私有地・立入禁止区域への侵入、交通ルール違反はしないでください。周囲の安全を最優先してください。一部スポットは撮影マナーの確認に同意した場合のみ撮影に進めます。
3. 写真と権利
撮影した写真の権利はあなたに帰属します。被写体（他者の肖像・私有物）への配慮はあなたの責任です。生成される御朱印札・守り神アートの著作権は運営に帰属します（個人利用・SNSシェアは自由）。
4. 禁止事項
自動化、不正な位置偽装（GPSスプーフィング）、リバースエンジニアリング、他者への迷惑行為を禁止します。
5. 免責
本サービスは現状有姿で提供されます。スポット情報・天候・営業状況の正確性を保証しません。利用に伴う損害について、適用法が許す範囲で運営は責任を負いません。
6. 変更
規約は改定されることがあります。重要な変更はアプリ内で告知します。
プライバシーポリシー
1. 基本方針
集めるデータは最小限です。アカウント登録なしで遊べます。ゲームの記録は主にあなたの端末内に保存されます。
2. 端末内に保存されるもの
図鑑・捕獲履歴・育成状態・設定（言語/ミュート）、撮影写真・御朱印札画像・ファインダー録画は、あなたの端末（ブラウザ）内に保存されます。これらはサーバに送信されません。アプリを削除、またはブラウザデータを消すと失われます。
3. 位置情報
スポット圏内判定・近くのスポット表示に使用します。生の座標をサーバに保存しません。権限は端末設定で拒否・取消できます（一部機能は使えなくなります）。
4. カメラ・録画
撮影と、捕獲演出用の短時間ファインダー録画に使用します。録画は端末内のみで、捕獲が成立しなければ破棄されます。サーバに送信しません。
5. 天気・天文
育成の判定に、無料の気象API（Open-Meteo等）から地域の天気を取得することがあります。個人を特定する情報とは紐付けません。
6. 将来のオプトイン機能
「御縁」「結び」「ギフト」「帰国後メール」等の社会機能を提供する場合、明示的に同意した項目のみ、表示名（ニックネーム）・国（国旗）・捕獲イベント（スポット名と時刻）を扱います。メールアドレスは、メール通知に同意した人のみ保存します。まとめ同意は行わず、目的ごとに選べます。同意はいつでも撤回できます。
7. あなたの権利
アクセス・訂正・削除・処理制限・オプトイン撤回の権利があります（GDPR等）。端末内データは端末操作で消せます。サーバ保存データ（オプトイン後）はアプリ内「データを消す」またはお問い合わせで削除します。
8. 第三者提供
運営は個人データを販売しません。ホスティング（Vercel）・気象API・（将来）データベース等を、処理のためのインフラとしてのみ利用します。
9. 子ども
13歳未満（または各国の法定年齢未満）の利用は保護者の同意を前提とします。

Terms of Use
1. About
This service is a location-based entertainment app: take photos at spots across Japan and collect guardian spirits.
2. Safe use
Do not use the app while walking. Do not enter private property or restricted areas. Obey local rules and prioritize safety. Some spots require agreeing to a manners card before shooting.
3. Photos & rights
Photos you take belong to you. You are responsible for respecting others' portrait rights and property. Card and guardian artwork copyrights belong to the operator (personal use and social sharing are free).
4. Prohibited
Automation, GPS spoofing, reverse engineering, and harassment are prohibited.
5. Disclaimer
Provided "as is." We do not guarantee accuracy of spot, weather, or hours info, and are not liable for damages to the extent permitted by law.
6. Changes
These terms may change; material changes will be announced in-app.
Privacy Policy
1. Principle
Data minimization. No account needed. Your game records are stored mainly on your device.
2. Stored on your device
Collection, capture history, growth state, settings, photos, card images, and finder recordings are kept in your browser storage. Not sent to our servers. Cleared if you delete the app or browser data.
3. Location
Used to detect if you're within a spot and to show nearby spots. We do not store raw coordinates. You can deny or revoke permission in device settings.
4. Camera & recording
Used for shooting and a short finder recording for capture effects. Recording stays on-device and is discarded if capture fails. Never uploaded.
5. Weather & astronomy
We may fetch regional weather from a free API (e.g., Open-Meteo) for growth logic. Not linked to your identity.
6. Future opt-in features
For social features (En, Musubi, gifts, post-trip email), only for items you explicitly opt into, we handle minimal data: nickname, country, capture events (spot and time). Email is stored only for those who opt into email. Purpose-by-purpose consent; withdraw anytime.
7. Your rights
You have rights to access, rectify, erase, restrict, and withdraw consent (incl. GDPR). On-device data is cleared by you; server data (after opt-in) via in-app "Delete my data" or contact.
8. Third parties
We don't sell personal data. We use hosting (Vercel), a weather API, and (future) a database as processors only.
9. Children
Use by children under 13 (or local age) requires guardian consent.
